Addendum easy to make such statements - more difficult to substantiate them. I wonder then, what are the supposed 'violated gun laws' (listing them off)? And what impact did the existing laws actually have i.e. how did they hindered/fail to hinder the shooter? And rather than fatalistically dismissing the whole idea of regulating gun ownership - what laws would actually work i.e. what is a constructive way forward?
