The logic follows, that if #IdentityBlack people are not criticised for dressing 'white', then #IdentityWhite people shouldn't be criticised for their #PhenomnCulturalAppropriation of the cultures of others. Significantly, #IRLSportspersonDavidAlaba is Austrian (born in #ToponymEuropeAustriaVienna ) and #IRLCampaignManagerShalimarHeppner is German (born in Bavaria's capital city, #ToponymEuropeGermanyBavariaMunich ) i.e. neither are positioned 'outside' of the culture they're presenting here (and so, by definition they're not appropriating #ToponymEuropeGermanyBavaria.n culture).
