STOP NAZIISLAMISME
Vi vil styrke forsvaret og forebygge radikalisering af unge danskere. Ekstremistiske organisationer og had prædikanter må aldrig true vores frihed og demokrati."
Supplementary "The Conservatives' use of the term 'Nazi Islamism' in connection with a campaign in April caused a great stir (
http://jyllands-posten.dk/politik/ECE7619858/Konservative+erkl%C3%A6rer+krig+mod+%C2%BBnaziislamisme%C2%AB/). According to De Konservatives chairman Søren Pape Poulsen and the party's parliamentary candidate in Aarhus - Naser Khader - the term should make it clear that Islamism and Nazism are related. The campaign was massively criticized, and in the election campaign not much was heard about the Conservatives' will to stop Nazi Islamism.
Naser Khader, who in recent years has been employed at the American think tank Hudson Institute in Washington DC, is the originator of the term, and Nazi Islamism is also significantly reminiscent of the term Islamofascism, which has been used in the USA for a number of years, among others by the now deceased author Christopher Hitchens. It is believed to be the Irish writer and researcher Malise Ruthven, who introduced the term Islamofascism in an article in The Independent way back in September 1990, where he wrote: 'authoritarian government, not to say Islamo-fascism, is the rule rather than the exception from Morocco to Pakistan.'"
