Addendum image of 1970's British Children's television character #FictionalCharacterWorzelGummidge (presumably) used to connote 'stupidity', 'senselessness', 'foolishness' etc. The considerable age of the reference strongly implies that both the poster and their audience are old enough to recognise the reference (as there are many more references, which might have more contemporary significance).
