the tweeter is attempting to conflate some anarchy / looting, which occurred during the #CauseBlackLivesMatterBLM protests with the legitimate critical action of US citizens and in doing so is propagating a popular #PoliticsConservatismSocialSoCon fallacy, which seeks to undermine the validity of cause i.e. what is the agenda of such claims? (presumably xenophobia hiding behind a thinly veiled rant).
