Addendum this feels like a #ReasoningFallacyWhataboutism argument seems to point to #NarrativeTruthImmutableUniversalIncontrovertibleAbsolute position i.e. that regardless of contemporary issues and debates, there is ultimately a singular truth (and that the presentation of such should end any further, subsequent discussion). From this perspective, truths take no account of cultural contingencies as we ultimately live in #PleaAWorldOfSimpleStableFixedOperations #TheoryInstrumentalism
