Addendum "diverse leadership contest" talks about #ReasoningFallacyFalseEquivalence i.e. being #IdentityBlackAsianAndMinorityEthnicBAME [Government] qualifies you to speak on behalf of all BAME people (just as being white qualifies you to do the same for all white people). Instead, I would say that this was more about #PhenomnCulturalHegemony, where all the candidates represented the same narrow set of values reflecting the hegemony of the #PoliticsStatusQuo
