[URL redacted]
"Finland already sounds so green-Nordic-good-natured. They also have such a woke women's government. I am even more surprised at their lack of empathy and disregard for the feelings of their guests from Russia. Does the desire for provocation beat all decency?" #ToponymEuropeNordicFinland #BehaviourEmpathy #ToponymRussia
Addendum this comment seems to ignore the fact of Russia's #2022_InvasionOfUkraine i.e. that it should be 'business as usual' for Russian tourists.
"At one of Finland's most visited natural attractions, tourists from Russia are greeted by the national anthem of Ukraine. At the same time every day, the opening of the almost hundred-year-old dam on the Imatrankoski River near the town of Imatra is usually accompanied by the sounds of Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. Hundreds of onlookers usually gather on the bridge in the town of Imatra to watch the water rush by beneath them. Anzeige Since the end of July, the city has started the show by playing the Ukrainian national anthem." https://www.spiegel.de/ausland/ukrainekrieg-russische-touristen-werden-an-finnischem-staudamm-mit-ukrainischer-nationalhymne-begruesst-a-6a08375d-48ee-4458-bef2-0981c5dbe7a0 "A year of female government in Finland: What is the balance? A year ago, Finland's new government made international headlines: 34-year-old Sanna Marin became the world's youngest head of government. She also heads a coalition of five parties, all led by women: Li Andersson (32), Maria Ohisalo (34), Anna-Maja Henriksson (55) and Katri Kulmuni (32)." https://de.euronews.com/my-europe/2020/12/11/ein-jahr-weibliche-regierung-in-finnland-wie-ist-die-bilanz
