@KatherineHomeier [name pseudonymized] [ontology] [02]: #Atheism should not be blamed for the #woke scourge. The decline of theistic religion can't be blamed either. But woke is accurately described as religion. And like all religions, believers work to plant their ideology into the young as early as possible. And not just their own. [URL redacted]
#TauntIndoctrination
Addendum this image appears to be a repurposed version of this: [jpg]. Whereas the original is presumably intended as a criticism of #BeliefTheismChristianity (with overzealously religious parents seeking to indoctrinate their children through limiting their worldview to that presented in the #BeliefTheismChristianityBible) the repurposed version does something similar - through redacting the #BeliefTheismChristianityCross, which had been inscribed on the cover of each of the original books - the meaning shifts from a direct criticism of Christianity to a more general criticism of supposed 'indoctrination' - in this case, a parents' efforts to indoctrinate their children into a (presumably) 'woke worldview'. In doing so, the tweet seeks to #TheoryReification.ify anxiety about contemporary social change, imagining it as a distinct #EpistemologyBeliefSystem [Wikipedia] able to be systematically taught as some sort of #BeliefTheismChristianityDoctrine

@KatherineHomeier [name pseudonymized] [ontology] [02]: Likening #woke, #gender and other ideologies to religions should make religious people squirm, not propose a 'return to faith' as a solution for society. These are religious ideologies precisely because they outrage reason, lack basic evidence, and devotees are incorrigible. [URL redacted]
