But because the Memphis Police Department prioritized filling racial quotas over hiring qualified candidates, a man lost his life brutally and inexcusably.
High ranking Democrats will blame it on 'white supremacy' - despite every officer involved being black.
They'll call to defund the police, to replace cops with social workers, for more 'sensitivity' training...
...but that won't solve the problem.
It's time for police departments across the country to hire officers that meet the requirements of the job - no matter what they look like.
That means no lowering standards, no special advantages based on race, gender or sexuality, and no exceptions."
