Context "Comme une bonne partie de la gauche libertaire de l'époque, le journal satirique a soutenu, en 1977, trois pédocriminels, accusés d'avoir abusé de mineurs, avant d'être condamnés. Charlie Hebdo est allé jusqu'à défendre les trois pédocriminels de « l'affaire de Versailles », au lendemain d'une pétition parue dans Le Monde. À l'époque, s'ouvre le procès de ces trois hommes, jugés pour « attentats à la pudeur sans violence sur mineurs de moins de 15 ans » et placés en détention préventive depuis trois ans. Le journal, dirigé par le professeur Choron, publie le 27 janvier 1977 un article intitulé « Moeurs » et signé Victoria Thérame, passée par le quotidien communiste L'Humanité.
