First and foremost that you for taking the time to respond and share your perspective on the recent Australia day communications - a priority for us is to create a safe environment for us to have conversations. The intent of the email was to highlight for our employees our commitment to the areas of Reconciliation and Inclusion by elevating views and experiences of minority groups. The aim was not to dismiss any celebration of Australia, thank you for the builds of including more recognition of what has made the country what it is today.
