Addendum presumably a reference to fact that #IRLEntrepreneurElonMusk was born in #ToponymAfricaSouthernSouthAfrica (and that being African means that you must also be black - because as we all know, there are no white people living in or from Africa). The 'joke' here takes a literal interpretation of 'African' + 'American' - and infers that #ToponymAfrica_ is ethnically homogenous i.e. making an #PoliticsNationalismEthno assumption.
