Addendum the effort seems to represent an attempt to deflect the responsibility of being a member of a community/society through seeking to reframe their obligations as a cynical game devised by what they imagine is a 'cultural elite' out-group. In doing so, they have characterised this perspective in terms of received reactions to their (retrospective interactions by such a group) using the acronyms #TauntSoWhatYoureSayingIsSWYSI (so, what you're saying is...). In being faced with (seemingly) constant criticism for their perspectives they have chosen to attack rather than evaluate (and change) their behaviour. [Wikipedia] Katie Neumann ?
