"WHAT IS WOKE?
Has the current 'woke culture' been explained or defined yet? That is, aside from its original meaning in the black community. Here's one attempt: it's the natural extension of political correctness which includes hijacking and deforming language to purposefully obfuscate and confuse the average person into feeling guilt for oppressing or indignation over being oppressed by unicorn winds whose existence everyone must acknowledge and agree to eradicate. The tools for achieving this are unclear but appear to include censoring long-standing truths, rejecting standard moral values and denying evident biological facts. It also purports to give more importance to societal constructs over actual skills and experience when it comes to hiring. Essentially, it's communism trying to make a comeback by masquerading as caring and compassion for 'minorities' and aims to convince that by plucking out your two eyes, the blind will be able to see."

We demonstrate that both trait emotional intelligence and cognitive ability uniquely predict less concern for political correctness and more support for freedom of speech. Addendum: presumably this is an effort to discredit #MetaphorWarfareCultureLiberalEducation. Horowitz fallaciously manipulates the meaning, which is intended by his interview subjects to support his position. He does this through a number of means, including:
1). he fails to properly contextualise his interview questions for his subjects (causing them to make assumptions about its intended meaning);
2). he creates an artificial distinction between groups of interview subjects according to particular characterisations (that of the 'naive and overly #PoliticallyCorrectPC student' versus the 'every-person'). Symbolically, this locates the perspective of the 'every-person' as #PleaAuthenticity.ic and the PC student as #TauntHypocrisyLiberal;
3). different lines of questioning are reserved for black and white interview subjects (symbolically identifying their positions as distinct and different - and that they are therefore adversarial);

Addendum: this justification has multiple problems. It seeks to conflate genuine satire (related to the criticism of imbalances of power) with Trump's ham-fisted racial slur. And then, it attempts to justify the bullying by using #ReasoningFallacyAppealToTradition (as if the process of repeating a slur transforms it into critique). It then uses a #ReasoningFallacyWhataboutism to justify #OtheringHateIslamophobiaAntiMuslim through conflating it with #OtheringHateAntisemitism (as if the forms of discrimination are somehow opposed to each other - rather than simply being two different forms - and so, are able to cancel each other out).
